Authorities found one individual, the driver of the car, who was only slightly injured and refused treatment.
First responders are actively working an injury accident on KY 120 about one mile beyond the Shady Grove Y.
EMS and law enforcement have been summoned to the scene.
One vehicle has reportedly rolled over.
The crash was reported shortly after 7am.
