Bunch Bros. to sell Perryman estate Saturday

The family of Geneva Perryman has enlisted Bunch Brothers Auctioneers & Realty to sell the real estate and personal property in her estate. Additional items from the Barry Gilbert estate will be included in the sale.

The auction begins at 10 a.m., April 2.

To be sold is three-bedroom historic 100-year-old brick home on East Depot Street in Marion. The home features two fire places, eat-in kitchen, covered patio and a 24x26-foot outbuilding.

Personal effects in the auction include antiques, collectibles, furniture, guns, knives, tools, coins and more.
