Be prepared to avoid March mayhem in courthouse

Being prepared can reduce mayhem at the Crittenden County Clerk's Office.

Because there are twice as many vehicle transactions in March than any other month, it's not uncommon for citizens to wait in line in the cramped quarters of the courthouse office.

Citizens can reduce wait time by ensuring they have a paper copy of their insurance card and the expiring copy of their vehicle registration when making transactions. Proof of insurance can also be faxed or emailed.
