Firefighters from Mattoon Fire Department have requested the assistance of Crittenden County Volunteer Fire Department at the scene of a field fire.
This is the second day in a row a field fire has required manpower from county fire departments.
A field fire was reported around noon today about 4 miles from U.S. 60 East on Nunn Switch Road.
