FRANCES, Ky. – Crittenden County firefighters spent more than four hours battling a house fire early Monday on KY 855 South near Frances.A countywide fire department page was issued at 3:06 a.m. for a modular or double-wide home that was reported fully engulfed in flames.
Crittenden County, Marion, Salem and Fredonia fire departments responded to the blaze. Firefighters remained at the scene through the early morning hours and began wrapping up operations around 7:30 a.m.
The residents were in the house when the blaze began but were able to get out unharmed. The structure was a total loss.
