The USDA Farm to Families program that provided free food to Crittenden Countians on a couple of Saturdays in November has run out of resources and will cease.
Crittenden County Judge-Executive Perry Newcom said that nearly $100,000 in free food was distributed over two weekends in this county.
The program, he said, could be reinstated if further federal funds are made available.
