Accident temporarily closes U.S. 60 East

Update: AirEvac has been called to the scene to transport one patient, the driver of a rock truck that rolled over.

U.S. 60 East at the intersection of Ky. 365 near Mattoon is blocked as a result of a rollover accident that occurred around 3:40 p.m.

First Responders, EMS, Crittenden County Rescue Squad and law enforcement are en route and the area should be avoided temporarily.
