COVID cases drop dramatically

Whether it's a welcomed trend, a weather-related anomaly or a lag in data processing, Crittenden County's COIVD-19 cases have nearly dried up over the past week.

Three cases were reported during the seven-day period from Feb. 11-17. That figure marks the fewest cases in a seven-day time frame since back in the summer. In early August and before, caseloads were at levels similar to what's been announced here in the past week.

Meanwhile, more vaccine clinics are being announced in the area. Crittenden Community Hospital says it now has vaccine and is accepting appointments.
