Longtime Marion businesswoman Margaret Johnson, 96, died Sunday morning at Baptist Health Madisonville.
Johnson and her late husband, James William Johnson, founded Johnson Furniture and Appliances in Marion in March 1950 and she worked in the business for more than 40 years. She was a charter member of Crittenden County Chamber of Commerce and active in other local civic and community organizations.
Gilbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
